But they have to be more careful because if it weren't for her I would have changed.

“Adan R. (who I believe is a store manager) at this location was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us resolve a very complicated issue that we had spoken about with 4 other Verizon reps with no resolution before. Resolving the issue required multiple steps over multiple weeks, and Adan made sure to follow up throughout that whole period, consistently explaining what was happening and what he was doing and being very responsive and patient with our questions. I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are to Adan for his help and follow throughâ€
“I was helping my elderly Aunt who had 4 phones. 3 were not working right. After a very frustrating and unhappy experience in another T Mobile shop. I attempted to call the corporate customer service number (as instructed by the annoyed employee at that store) to resolve a few problems. Unfortunately due to the multiple issues I had I needed to go to a store. There is no way I would go back to the previous store.I went to this Metro T-Mobile shop and met with Daniel. What an amazing difference when you work with someone that has a positive attitude that seems to genuinely want to help their customers.Daniel was patient, took his time listening to the issues and appeared to be happy doing it. Daniel came up with a simple solution, and even found another problem that had caused technical issues.I strongly recommend this store. The employees here seem to really want to provide customer service.â€
“I like businesses that are available on metro. This store is on the green line. There is a decent amount of house hold items, cleaning & laundry supplies. The merchandise has changed from the "old Targets." Not as many clothing choices. I was surprised they didn't stock shopping carts on roll groceries home. They only had a laundry hamper on wheels.â€

“I just wanted to take the time out to Give a very desserved and well-earned.Sound out, 2.Ms.Karla She was extremely helpful ,patient and professional. The vibe and energy at this location is amazing. I had a terrible experience at T-Mobile By the DMV on .road island Avenue..and felt so much better. Leaving metro by T-Mobile.Ms.karla Takes a holistic approach dealing with the customer's at the store. Last but not least the other superstar who I really appreciate Ms.Hillarie. “Awesome experience at this Apple Store! I had an emergency situation with a cracked back screen on my phone and needed to get it fixed. I was luckily able to walk in without an appointment and get repaired as good as new in four hours’ time. Thanks again!â€

“The driver was right on time. I like the progress Active Menus gives you. I ordered from 7-Eleven, and I wish I can just type in what I want. Instead you have to search through all the "snack" or "soda" categories, which can be a little annoying.â€

“Found this local 7-Eleven while driving around while my son was taking an exam at Washington Jesuit Academy. It was a cold morning, and there was salt on the sidewalks to ensure customers didn’t slip and fall. The store was warm, and well lit with everything looking orderly. I was greeted by the cashier and continued my shopping. The shelves were fully stocked, and there was a Frito-Lay employee stocking the shelves as well. The store was truly a true well managed and the isles were clear and free from trash or dirt. I made my way to the cashier after making my selections. I was able to input my customer number for the rewards program thus additional savings. Again, the cashier was polite, professional and courteous. Would rate the experience a 10/10 and recommend anyone in the area to consider this store for any convenience store needs. Enjoy!â€
