“I have to say that the men who came out to do my massive storage unit were not on time but ahead of scheduled time, very professional,kind, courteous and more than helpful I had my truck and trailer that I was going to load up with the heaviest items such as My toolbox that has to be pulled onto my trailer with a wench and items that are not of normal weight and size they assisted me and actually did most of the work aside from loading the entire 10x20 storage unit. After leaving the storage unit and them arriving on the location where items were to be delivered AHEAD of me (I have not a clue how they did that LoL) but after unloading their truck, they come out to help me unload my truck and trailer. Nobody asked them to help me but I have to thank the 3 Men for not only their prompt time,hard work and professional service, but most of all these Men were kind and some of the most friendliest Men I have been around in a long long time. These Men and their services are greatly appreciated. I am planning on inviting each one of them and their family out after I get settled in as a small token of appreciation. OH I have to mention and I was shocked that the owner of the company was not only on site but worked just as hard as his Crew. I'd say you go with another company,,, you went and made a bad decision. They are the ones who I recommend.â€

“I would DEFINITELY recommend M&M moving company. Shannon had GREAT customer and was able to give me an affordable rate better than other companies. The movers were on time and professional. “Sheree, the Assistant Manager helped me with the in person reservation and the return of the auto transport that I rented. She was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to interact with, and is the perfect example of what customer service should be!! She was very, very nice and is very knowledgeable. I prefer to rent from this facility vs. any other. Also, the Manager, Graham approached me as I was leaving and wanted to make sure I was happy/satisfied about my rental. He is also one of the most customer service oriented people I've ever dealt with. The two different men who hooked up/unhooked the trailer from my vehicle were also very pleasant. The Manager/Assistant Manager at this facility are absolute GOLD!!!â€
